Café & Hospitality Team – as you know we provide free doughnuts and coffee every Sunday! Someone has to help do that right? It takes a team of people to pull this off every week.
Greeting Team – we want everyone to feel welcomed at The Power Place. Also, we want everyone to want to come back. If you are a friendly person, this is a rewarding team to be on. All you have to do is talk to strangers! Fun!
Outreach & Party Coordinators – The Power Place is involved in the community, to reach people and tell them all that we represent. This team creates outreach projects and works out the logistics for The Power Place to make an impact.
Community Impact Team – Everyone should be a part of this team, doing good in Chester County. We are here to touch people with Jesus' love and to bring His life into our community. Through car washes, fixing houses, handing out water, outreach events and so much more we are spreading the love of Jesus in a tangible way.
Childcare Team – Being a part of this team will require a child abuse clearance and criminal background check. Don’t be offended, it’s just our policy to protect children. If you are interested in working one service a month let us know.
Video Producer / Writer – Do you think that you have ideas for movies, short films, and commercials? We have the equipment if you have the vision. This video position is a creative position that is supported by the tech team. No video experience required…just vision, passion, & time.
Marketing & Graphic Artist – We are a visual generation. We have exploded into the marketing arena producing latest cutting edge graphics, advertising, and marketing campaigns. If you have a desire, then put your mouse to The Power Place cheese!
Musicians - got skills? we want to know!
Singers - tenor singer, alto singer, soprano singer & bass if you got it too…
Computer Operator 1 Presentation – This person runs the computer that displays all our song lyrics, graphic illustration points, DVD’s, & The Power Place films. This person should have a good idea how to point and click the mouse.
Computer Operator 2 Lighting Tech – All of our lighting is controlled by computer. Not much to do through the service, but before and after the service, you set different lighting colors and scenes.
Computer Operator 3 Recording – We record Sunday for PodCasting, web download, and CD Sales. This person also mixes the separate audio feed for recording. After services, files are saved and uploaded to our WebServers.
Camera Operators – We also video record all of our services directly to the computer so as to burn them to DVD later. A steady hand with our mighty tri-pod… there’s not much to it. A little computer knowledge to start the recording is all that’s needed.
Computer Programmers - This person converts audio/video recordings and burns the CD’s, DVD’s, masters. Also update the XML feeds for PodCasts.
Webmaster – The Power Place uses DreamWeaver to update all of its web pages. Our website is very popular receiving over 15,000 hits per month. Also, the webmaster is a moderator for our forum and our Coppermine photo galleries… Updating and designing forms and pages and So much more…
Video Editors – love them videos, The Power Place wouldn’t be the same without them. If you are computer savvy you can video edit. This is a time consuming role at The Power Place and a major responsibility. We would love to have 2 or 3 editors. Every week we will be producing quality video!
